Khaberni - Prime Minister Dr. Jafar Hassan, in an official notice issued today, Saturday, determined the official working hours during the holy month of #Ramadan, from nine in the morning until two-thirty in the afternoon.
In accordance with the notice, the official working hours in all ministries, official departments, institutions, public bodies, public universities, municipalities, joint services councils, the Greater Amman Municipality, and companies fully owned by the government, will be from nine in the morning until two-thirty in the afternoon, starting from the first day of Ramadan, and then will return after the holy month of Ramadan to what they are now.
The notice exempted employees of departments whose official work nature requires otherwise, such that their working hours are arranged administratively by their department heads.
The notice emphasized the necessity for all institutions to maintain the sanctity of the holy month and to consider the feelings of the fasting individuals.
