Khaberni - Under the patronage of Her Royal Highness Princess Noor bint Asem, Orange Jordan sponsored the WorkWell Amman 2026 conference, the first leadership conference in Jordan focusing on linking wellness (Wellness) with organizational performance, organized by the Coaching and Self-Development Association in cooperation with Haya Cultural Center and Ethraa Training Center.
This conference served as a national platform that brought together executive leaders, human resources managers, professionals, and wellness experts to engage in in-depth dialogue about redesigning work environments and building a more human, flexible, and sustainable organizational culture. The conference discussed key topics including job burnout, institutional pressures, and psychological safety in the workplace, leadership styles and their impact on behavior and performance, in addition to the role of coaching and human-centered leadership in enhancing productivity without exhaustion.
The conference also highlighted practical tools based on the principles of psychology and coaching, which help individuals and organizations improve focus, build resilience, manage emotions, and make more conscious decisions, directly reflecting on professional performance and job sustainability, and contributing to Jordan's move towards a healthier and more effective workforce.
