Khaberni - Media reports confirmed that coach Jurgen Klopp has taken a serious step that brings him closer to taking over as Real Madrid's technical director starting from next season.
The All Football fans account on X stated that the speculation about his coaching future has resurfaced on social media platforms after he invested in a luxury palace in Spain, which followers consider a step beyond the personal context.
According to Spanish reports, Klopp has acquired a luxury villa in Mallorca worth nearly 4 million euros, spanning an area of 5000 square meters, located about an hour by plane from Santiago Bernabeu Stadium, the home of the royal club.
It indicated that this move was interpreted by sources close to the matter as an indication of serious interest in settling in Spain in the coming period.
It added: "The new palace is not only luxurious but has undergone significant modifications to become eco-friendly and energy-efficient, with a comprehensive heating and cooling system that reduces energy consumption by up to 75%, and the house is described as a peaceful family retreat, reflecting part of Klopp's personal philosophy away from the pressures of the stadiums."
It continued: "Choosing Spain was not incidental for the German coach, as he had previously expressed his admiration for the weather and lifestyle in Southern Europe, considering settling there as fulfilling an old personal dream."
In contrast, it wasn't just about buying a luxury home, but the former Liverpool coach also joined a private sports club in Mallorca, where he pays annual fees exceeding 3500 euros to engage in sports like padel, tennis, and squash.
Since leaving his coaching role at Liverpool, Klopp has stepped back from daily fieldwork, satisfied with an administrative role as the director of football at Red Bull group, which has provided him with a space of tranquility away from the pressure of competitions, yet his name remains strongly present in the corridors of Real Madrid, as the management closely monitors his situation with the intention of signing him starting from the next season.
