US Department of State Trump wants a new treaty for nuclear arms control

Khaberni - U.S. Assistant Secretary of State for Arms Control Thomas DiNanno said on Friday that President Donald Trump has clarified his desire to conclude a new treaty on nuclear arms control.

DiNanno added that the New START treaty, which expired last Thursday and imposed restrictions on the two largest nuclear powers in the world, the United States and Russia, was flawed and did not include China.
