Khaberni - Anxiety prevails in the artistic community regarding the health condition of the Kuwaiti artist Hayat Al-Fahad, after her admission to the intensive care unit following a deterioration in her health. She had recently returned from London after a therapeutic trip before she suffered a setback that necessitated placing her under intensive medical observation.
According to her manager Youssef Al-Ghaith, the clinical condition of the "Gulf Screen Lady" is now characterized by “complete sensory non-response,” posing a significant medical challenge to the doctors.
Al-Ghaith emphasized in his statements that the medical diagnosis indicates “extremely complex damage,” which prompted the hospital to declare a special emergency state in her wing and ban visits, to ensure the most precise levels of medical monitoring at this critical stage of her life.
Regarding the details of her therapeutic journey, Al-Ghaith explained that Hayat Al-Fahad fought a bitter battle with the illness for about 5 months without any notable improvement in her condition or any noticeable response to the treatment protocols.
He confirmed that the brain stroke she suffered left “deep health scars” and severe damage to her vital functions, which led the doctors abroad, about a month ago, to make the hardest decision to end the therapeutic journey and bring her back to the country, after her body reached a stage of “inability to respond” to available treatments.
It is worth mentioning that Hayat Al-Fahad was preparing to present a new drama work during the upcoming Ramadan month, but the sudden deterioration in her health led to the suspension of all her artistic commitments, as her manager expressed his sadness for the artist's absence from the Ramadan season for the first time, urging the public to pray for her.
