Jordan Presents Initiative to Establish an Interactive Arabic Dictionary for Development

Khaberni – The Jordanian ambassador in Cairo, Amjad Al-Adailah, stated that the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan has presented an initiative to establish an interactive Arabic dictionary for development, during its chairmanship of the kingdom's delegation participating in the 117th session of the Economic and Social Council at the ministerial level.

Al-Adailah clarified on his official page that the Council welcomed the Jordanian initiative aimed at developing the first interactive Arabic dictionary for sustainability and circular economy terms, which will contribute to unifying concepts and enhancing awareness of sustainable development issues in Arab countries.

He added that the Council also welcomed another proposal presented by Jordan to establish the Arab Network for Entrepreneurship and Small and Medium Enterprises, a step aimed at supporting this vital sector and enhancing its role in Arab economic growth.

Al-Adailah affirmed that these initiatives reflect Jordan's leading role in supporting joint Arab economic and social efforts, and providing practical ideas that meet the requirements of comprehensive and sustainable development.
