Khaberni – The Supreme Administrative Court has decided to postpone the ruling on the appeal concerning the dismissal of Deputy Mohammad Al-Jarrah until next week.
This occurred during a session held by the court yesterday, Wednesday.
The court clarified that the decision to postpone was made to complete the review of the case file before issuing the final decision.
The appeal from the deputy concerns a decision by the party court of the Workers' Party ordering his dismissal from party membership.
