Featuring Holographic Assistant Technology Details of a Turkish Car Gifted by Erdogan to Sisi

Khaberni - The Turkish news site "TRT" TRT revealed on Thursday the details of the electric Turkish car that President Recep Tayyip Erdogan gifted to Egyptian President Abdel Fattah el-Sisi during his official visit to Egypt.

According to the site, the car, named "TOGG," is a C-segment sports utility vehicle that boasts a range exceeding 300 kilometers and more than 500 kilometers. The car reaches 80% charge in less than 30 minutes thanks to fast charging, and features high impact resistance due to the battery embedded in its structure.

The car relies on a standard electric platform and receives updates remotely via 4G/5G connection.

Its battery lasts long due to advanced battery management systems and active thermal management systems, and it can accelerate from 0 to 100 km/h in less than 7.6 seconds with 200 horsepower, and in less than 4.8 seconds with 400 horsepower.

The Turkish car is continuously connected to the internet through its connected infrastructure, which eliminates the need for a separate internet device, and features "holographic assistant technology." This technology relies on eye movement tracking, three-dimensional holographic imaging, and augmented reality, replacing traditional two-dimensional screens.

This technology allows the driver to display information, navigation, and driver assistance systems without distracting from the road, enhancing safety, comfort, and interaction.

The Turkish company manufacturing the car announced that its official prices on the local market start from $49,000, which is approximately 2,298,000 Egyptian pounds.

The official spokesperson for the Egyptian presidency announced that President Erdogan gifted the car to Sisi, marking his current visit to Egypt to participate in the second high-level strategic cooperation council meeting held in Cairo yesterday, Wednesday.

The official spokesperson noted that President Sisi inspected the car at the Al-Ittihadiya Palace garden, then drove it, taking President Erdogan to the venue of the Egyptian-Turkish Business Forum at Al-Massa Hotel in Nasr City.

It is mentioned that the Turkish president arrived in Egypt on Wednesday, where he held an official discussion session with his Egyptian counterpart, and then they chaired the second high-level strategic cooperation council meeting between Egypt and Turkey.
