Khaberni - The Ministry of Industry, Trade and Supply has issued two separate tenders for the purchase of quantities of wheat and barley, as part of its regular procedures to secure market needs.
The Ministry announced a tender to purchase a quantity of 100,000 tons or 120,000 tons of wheat, inviting those interested in participating to review the tenders department to obtain a copy of the tender invitation, which includes terms and specifications, for a non-refundable fee of 650 Jordanian Dinars, with the final deadline for offers being at 2:00 PM on the upcoming Tuesday.
Similarly, the Ministry issued a tender to purchase a quantity of 100,000 tons or 120,000 tons of barley, with the same terms and procedures, where it specified 2:00 PM on Wednesday, February 11, 2026, as the last deadline for submitting offers.
For both tenders, the Ministry required the submission of a valid professional license copy, a certified copy of the trade register not older than 30 days from the date the offers are opened, and a valid copy of the registration in the chamber of commerce.
