Khaberni - New theories emerged regarding the death of convicted sex offender Jeffrey Epstein following the release of the newest batch of files, issued to the public last Friday by the Department of Justice.
Epstein was found hanged in his cell at a New York prison in August 2019, and his death was classified as a suicide, but this has not prevented the spread of numerous conspiracy theories that claim he did not kill himself.
These theories have recently gone further, suggesting the idea that he might still be alive. Various images were circulated that were said to be of him in an attempt to support this hypothesis, although these claims are from unverified accounts, and none of these theories have been proven or supported by credible evidence.
One user wrote on the platform "X" that Ghislaine Maxwell knows as much as Epstein, questioning why she is still alive and why she isn't being questioned, considering that Epstein might be somewhere living his life normally.
Another user commented saying that Epstein is alive, dismissing the idea that someone as narcissistic as him would commit suicide.
Meanwhile, a third person referenced a received email in Epstein’s files, claiming it supports the theory that he is still alive and what was said about his suicide was just a big hoax.
The referenced document mentioned a conversation with Epstein where he stated that biology is a deception. It also referred to his autopsy photos, where one individual wrote that a 2023 Department of Justice investigation report detailed his death circumstances, prison cell, psychological condition, and autopsy photos.
It was added that Epstein was suffering from sleep apnea, and his device was found in his cell in good condition. His brother Mark was quoted saying that a rope would have made hanging much easier than using sheets.
Some users published photos they said support their suspicions, where one of them wrote that the person on the autopsy table is not Epstein, claiming he was replaced with a similar body, based on differences in the nose and ears, considering this as evidence that he might still be alive.
A drone-taken photo was also circulated, claimed to have been taken after the suicide incident and shows Epstein.
