Khaberni - Hundreds from Irbid Governorate and various regions of Jordan participated today in the funeral of former Prime Minister Ahmed Obaidat, whose body was buried in his hometown, Hartha in the north of the governorate.
The funeral was widely attended by political, party, and union figures, as well as community events, where participants expressed their appreciation for Obaidat's long career in public service, known for his firm national stances.
It is worth mentioning that Obaidat served as Prime Minister in the 1980s and held several leadership positions in the state.
