Citizens complained that offices and car showrooms in the free zone breach the warranty terms offered to buyers.
They told "Khaberni" that the concerned exhibits offer warranties with certain conditions such as mileage or time period, but they fail to adhere to these warranties, or if they do, the level is substandard.
The citizens expressed their regret about resorting to such showrooms, which attract buyers with prices, warranties, and the number of kilometers per shipment, through social media platforms, without commitment, unlike well-known dealerships known for their personal and experienced presence in the vehicle market.
They called on the relevant authorities to monitor vehicle specifications initially, ensure readiness of maintenance centers and experience of the staff therein, and enforce the showrooms’ adherence to warranty terms.
Experts had previously revealed to "Khaberni" about selling cars not qualified for road circulation as new vehicles, where the buyers of these cars faced several technical issues, unaddressed by the maintenance center and the experts working there.
