Arab Amman University organizes an educational visit for its students to the Antonine School

Khaberni  - In an effort to enhance the educational experience of its students and to integrate academic knowledge with practical application, and to activate their participation in target-oriented training workshops, the Dean of Student Affairs, in cooperation with the university’s colleges, organized an educational visit to the Antonine School. The visit included a number of students from various specializations with the aim of providing them with the opportunity to explore different educational environments, broaden their horizons, and enhance their practical skills in line with labor market requirements. The visit was attended by Dr. Mohammad Bin Tarif, the Dean of Student Affairs, and Mr. Fouad Tabishat, the head of student activities.

The visit included a tour of the school facilities, where students were introduced to the main educational programs and specialized training courses offered, focusing on developing language skills through modern and interactive teaching methods. A workshop for university students was held, presented by a group of distinguished professors from Antonine School with expertise and competence in English language. The workshop addressed the basics of effective communication, confidence building in speaking, and using language in real-life and academic situations, focusing on introducing the Antonine method of innovative language teaching through an interactive workshop entitled: "How to Introduce Yourself in English", where students participated in practical activities aimed at developing listening and conversation skills, and polishing their expressive abilities, which contributes to their academic and professional preparation, enhancing their readiness to engage in multicultural work environments..

On this occasion, Dr. Bin Tarif emphasized the importance of the visit, which provided an opportunity to become acquainted with the teaching methods and approaches adopted by the Antonine School in teaching English reading and conversation. He pointed out the pivotal role played by the Dean of Student Affairs in involving students in such educational visits, enhancing cooperation with leading educational institutions. Bin Tarif expressed his anticipation for continued cooperation with the Antonine School, potentially organizing training workshops for university students and staff on campus, emphasizing that mastery of language is a fundamental tool for improving institutional performance and keeping pace with modern requirements. At the conclusion of the visit, he extended his thanks and appreciation to the administration and educational staff of the Antonine School for their warm reception and constructive cooperation, appreciating their efforts in developing the skills of Arab Amman University students through their involvement in the programs and courses offered..
