Khaberni - Khalil Faiq Al-Qaroum has obtained a Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA) with distinction and honors from the University of San Francisco, following his successful defense of his thesis titled “Digital Finance in Enhancing Entrepreneurship and Sustainability of Emerging Projects in Jordan and Its Role in Creating New Job Opportunities”.
The research thesis discussed the impact of digital finance and its modern tools on supporting the entrepreneurship environment, enhancing the sustainability and growth of emerging projects, in addition to its vital role in stimulating the economy and creating new job opportunities, especially amidst the accelerating digital transformation witnessed globally, and the extensive use of financial technology (FinTech) on both regional and international levels.
The examining committee commended the topic of the thesis, affirming that it is one of the most important contemporary research topics written in the context of the global acceleration in financial technology and the digital economy sectors, for its scientific and practical value, and its ability to provide realistic, implementable solutions to support entrepreneurs and emerging projects, particularly in developing countries, along with a rigorous research methodology reflecting a deep awareness of challenges and opportunities in the digital economy.
The committee also praised the scientific methodology followed by the researcher, the precision of analysis, and the integration of theoretical aspects with practical realities, in addition to the quality of the results and recommendations which are likely to serve as an important reference for researchers, decision-makers, and those interested in the entrepreneurship and digital finance sectors.
In a related context, the researcher Khalil Al-Qaroum linked his research thesis with the Jordanian economic modernization vision by highlighting the role of entrepreneurship and sustainability of emerging projects in achieving economic growth, enhancing innovation, and contributing to the creation of new job opportunities for Jordanian youth, in line with the priorities of the national vision for empowering youth, supporting the knowledge economy, and encouraging investments in digital and innovative sectors.
This academic achievement is a qualitative addition to the researcher’s academic and professional journey, reflecting his deep interest in economic development and digital transformation issues, and it enhances the importance of applied scientific research in supporting economic policies and building a more sustainable future for the business sector in Jordan.
