Khaberni - The military court sentenced drug dealer Noah Zeitar to one month in prison after convicting him in four security cases out of approximately 40 files pending against him.
The ruling included the confiscation of the seized weapons and equipment, while the court declared the statute of limitations on 33 files, in addition to acquitting him of three files due to insufficient evidence.
In a statement to LBCI, Noah Zeitar's attorney, Saliba Al-Hajj, explained that the issued rulings fall within minor misdemeanors, such as firing guns, noting that felony files, including drug trafficking, murder, and shooting at the army, are still under consideration.
Al-Hajj noted that the court has set May 5 as the date for issuing rulings on the pending felony files.
