Khaberni - The theoretical exams for the intermediate university degree (comprehensive) in the current winter session will begin on Wednesday and continue until Tuesday, February 11, according to the schedule announced on the official website of the Assessment and General Examinations Unit at Al-Balqa Applied University.
The President of Al-Balqa Applied University and the head of the Higher Committee for the comprehensive exam, Ahmad Al-Ajlouni, confirmed that all necessary procedures have been completed to start the theoretical exams for the current winter session, indicating that the number of applicants in this session reached 8432 students, from 55 community and intermediate community colleges supervised by Al-Balqa Applied University.
He noted that 6282 students are expected to sit for the first paper, while 6635 students will take the second paper on Saturday, February 7, and 7637 students will take the third paper on Tuesday and Wednesday, February 10 and 11, clarifying that the exam of the third paper will take place over two days in some of the examination centers as announced.
He added that the students will sit for the exams in this session according to 20 educational programs, including 120 academic specialties, pointing out that the theoretical exams are completely computerized.
18 exam halls have been accredited, distributed across 14 centers for the theoretical exams located in various provinces of the kingdom, with about 600 staff members from the national community and intermediate community colleges overseeing the exams.
On the other hand, Al-Ajlouni explained that the Assessment and General Examinations Unit at the university had completed correcting the students' answers in the computerized practical exams and processing, verifying, matching, and entering them into the comprehensive computerized exam system, where these exams were held during the period from December 20-31 of the previous year and were attended by 5566 students.
Al-Ajlouni expects that the results of the intermediate university degree (comprehensive) exams for the winter session 2026 will be announced mid-current month after being validated and approved by the Higher Committee for Exams and the University Council of Deans.
