Khaberni - The Women's Affairs Agency under the Presidency of Religious Affairs at the Grand Mosque and the Prophet's Mosque has adopted an integrated operational and enrichment plan for the Ramadan season, including six main paths and 24 quality initiatives, aimed at elevating the experience of the visitors, enhancing legal and behavioral awareness, empowering women, and improving the quality of religious services in a manner that aligns with the sanctity of the place and enhances its rituals.
Integration between religious guidance and fieldwork
The plan is based on an operational model that combines religious guidance, fieldwork, and enrichment programs, focusing on enhancing the spiritual and knowledge impact during the holy month, and providing a safe and organized worshipping environment that facilitates the performance of rituals and rites for the visitors with tranquility.
The initiatives are distributed over six main paths, including: awareness and guidance, women's scientific and advisory affairs, enrichment and volunteering, empowering women, public relations and institutional communication, development and quality. This diversity reflects the comprehensiveness of the plan and the agency's commitment to addressing the needs of visitors of different ages, cultures, and languages.
Direct guidance and intensive field presence
The awareness and guidance path focuses on enhancing women's field presence in the high-density areas inside the Grand Mosque and its courtyards, through providing direct legal guidance, answering inquiries, and correcting concepts related to worship regulations, along with distributing educational materials in multiple languages to ensure the advisory messages reach all visitors.
The path of women’s scientific and advisory affairs offers enriching lessons and speeches and specialized knowledge programs focused on enhancing worship jurisprudence and establishing moderate values, contributing to the spread of religious knowledge and enriching the religious content directed towards women.
Expanding volunteering and empowering women staff
The enrichment and volunteering path includes expanding the scope of volunteer participation in organizational and service tasks inside the sanctuary and its surroundings, supporting field efforts and increasing response efficiency. Meanwhile, the women empowerment path focuses on developing the professional and knowledge skills of the agency's staff and preparing qualified women staff for work in the environment of the two holy mosques according to the highest standards.
The public relations and institutional communication path works to enhance communication channels with the visitors and relevant entities, ensuring the integration of services and the smoothness of the beneficiary's journey, while the development and quality path oversees the performance monitoring and operational improvements regularly, aligning with best practices and ensuring improved service level.
Religious message and sustainable impact
The agency affirmed that the plan is an extension of the mission of the Presidency of Religious Affairs in maximizing the scientific and advisory role of the two holy mosques, establishing their status as beacons of guidance and spreading moderate religious knowledge. It added that the initiatives were designed to achieve a long-term religious and knowledge impact, enhancing the quality of the spiritual experience for the visitors during Ramadan, and presenting an integrated service model befitting the honor of the time and place.
