Khaberni - New leaks reveal that the upcoming Samsung "Galaxy S26 Ultra" might be a bit boring, as it seems to abandon the usual colorful "S Pen" in favor of a more formal design.
Leaked images show the four "colors" that the upcoming Samsung "S Pen" will come in, but unlike previous generations, the colors are limited to just the clickable top of the pen, which will match the phone's frame.
While these four colors match some previously leaked colors for the "S26 Ultra" phone, the pen itself will be either black or white, depending on the color chosen by the user, according to a report by "9to5Google," a site specialized in technology news, as seen by "Al-Arabiya Business."
This is significantly different from previous generations of the "S Ultra" model, which traditionally had pens that fully matched the color of the phone.
If true, this move might be a bit disappointing for users as it will mean the absence of fully colored "S Pen". It might be a cost-cutting measure, but it could seem unjustified with the typically high launch price of the "Ultra" model.
This step represents the latest reduction in the overall "S Pen" user experience. Last year, Samsung removed pen support from the Galaxy Z Fold 7, months after the "S Pen" for "Galaxy S25 Ultra" arrived without its usual Bluetooth-supported features.
While canceling matching colors might seem like a relatively small sacrifice, it is hard not to see it as another diminishment of a feature that was once a hallmark of the "Ultra" model.
