Khaberni - The Gulf Insurance Group – Jordan hosted a specialized workshop on insurance claims for the year 2026 over two days, at the Mövenpick Hotel Amman, with the participation of representatives from Gulf Insurance Group companies from Turkey, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Egypt, the United Arab Emirates, Algeria, and Bahrain.
The workshop saw the participation of a group of speakers and experts from around the world, including representatives from the global reinsurance company Swiss Re, alongside several of the leading loss adjusting companies in the Middle East, such as Arab Surveyors (United Arab Emirates), MatthewsDaniel (Arab Republic of Egypt), and Umbrella for Insurance Technology (Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan).
The workshop included extensive discussions on several important topics, most notably property and engineering insurance claims at the global level, in addition to reviewing the best practices and challenges related to the mechanisms of managing and settling claims.
The workshop also provided an opportunity for the group’s companies to share their experiences and expertise in their local markets regarding claim management and settlement, enhancing the exchange of experiences and the unification of best practices among the Gulf Insurance Group companies, and keeping up with global developments in the insurance sector.
