The draw between AlRamtha and AlHussein Irbid postpones the standings decision in the Pro League

Khaberni - The summit of Irbid city between the northern clubs, Al-Ramtha and Al-Hussein Irbid, ended in a disappointing goalless draw for both teams, within the competitions of the thirteenth round of the Jordanian Pro League. Despite the fan excitement that filled the stands of Al-Hassan Stadium, the goals remained elusive to the attackers, making Al-Faisaly club the "biggest winner" of this result, as it solidified its top position with (30) points, benefitting from the stumbling of its direct pursuers in breaking the points tie.

With this result, Al-Ramtha club raised its tally to (29) points to remain in the second position, chasing the top spot with only a one-point difference, while Al-Hussein Irbid club raised its tally to (28) points in the third position. This numerical closeness suggests that the title is now simmering on "low heat," where there is no room for error in the coming rounds. Analysts believe that the "Northern Derby" demonstrated the strength of defenses, but also highlighted the leading teams' need for stamina to snatch the top spot from "the leader" who is clinging to the first place tooth and nail.
