Syrian Security Enters the City of AlHasakah as per the Agreement with SDF

Khaberni - "Roowado" media network reported that forces from Syrian Internal Security entered the city of Al-Hasakah in northeastern Syria, as part of the implementation of the security agreement between the Syrian government and the "Syrian Democratic Forces".

This occurred after security convoys started moving earlier today from the city of Al-Shaddadi towards Al-Hasakah, preparing for their entry into the city.

In a related context, "Syrian News Channel" reported the entry of Internal Security forces into the Sheikhan area south of the city of Ain Arab (Kobani) in the eastern countryside of Aleppo, pursuant to the concluded agreement.

"Al-Watan" Syrian newspaper reported a large explosion in the southern region of Al-Hasakah, the details of which are still unknown, amidst intense low-flying of "International Coalition" aircraft over the city's sky, an indicator of meticulous monitoring of the implementation of the agreement's terms.

According to the newspaper's correspondent, the "SDF" intensified its checkpoints at the city entrances, especially on the Tell Tamer – Al-Hasakah road west of the city, preventing the entry of vehicles and citizens, while its patrols are densely deployed at the Industry Roundabout amid notable security alertness. The correspondent also mentioned news about postponing the entry of Syrian Security forces into Al-Hasakah until 2 PM today.

Meanwhile, a correspondent from "Rudaw" Network reported the imposition of a curfew in the city concurrent with preparations for the entry of Syrian Security, while "International Coalition" aircraft continuously patrol the area's skies. The correspondent confirmed that Kurdish forces have not yet started their withdrawal from their positions, and there are currently no U.S. or Coalition forces inside Al-Hasakah.

In a connected matter, Colonel Mohammad Abdel Ghani, commander of Internal Security in Aleppo city, arrived yesterday at the city of Ain Arab (Kobani) in the eastern Aleppo countryside, where a meeting was held with "SDF" leaders to discuss the field mechanism for entering the Internal Security forces and the arrangements for implementing the agreement.

On Sunday, "SDF" security forces (Asayish) announced the imposition of a curfew in both Al-Hasakah and Al-Qamishli, coinciding with the start of the agreement's implementation with Damascus, as a step aimed at securing a smooth security transition between the two sides.
