Khaberni - The sentence was issued by the Alexandria Criminal Court, following the conviction of the accused for committing crimes of kidnapping and indecent assault on the students, after the opinion of the Egyptian Mufti supporting the execution of the death sentence by hanging was received.
The Public Prosecution charged the accused with kidnapping by deception the victimized girl, exploiting his position within the school where the girl was enrolled, where he lured her to a remote place away from the eyes of her guardians and surveillance cameras.
The prosecution clarified that the accused deceived the girl to play with her, exploiting her young age, before committing the crime.
The investigative authorities indicated that the incident was accompanied by another felony, represented in the indecent assault on the girl, which was confirmed by the forensic report, and pointed out that the accused repeated his act several times.
The details of the case go back to a report received by the Alexandria Security Directorate from a police station officer of «Muntazah Second», stating that four families had filed complaints against a gardening worker at one of the famous international schools, accusing him of assaulting their children inside the school's garden.
After legalizing the procedures, the accused was arrested, and he was referred to a criminal trial, which ended with the issuance of a death sentence by hanging against him.
