Khaberni - A cabinet reshuffle in Kuwait included the appointment of Dr. Tareq Al-Jalahma as the State Minister for Youth and Sports Affairs.
Al-Jalahma is a sports analyst on the «beIN Sports» network, specializing in the analysis of English Premier League matches.
Al-Jalahma played as a striker for most of his career at Al-Qadsia Club in Kuwait, and represented the Kuwait national team for a long period between the late 1980s and early 2000s, before retiring in the 2003 season.
Al-Jalahma holds a Doctorate in Sports Training Sciences.
The Case of Tareq Dhiab
This is not the first time that one of the «beIN Sports» analysts has become a minister in their country, as Tareq Dhiab previously became the Minister of Youth and Sports in the Republic of Tunisia in 2011 and remained in office until 2014.
