Khaberni - Conscripts of the military service joined on Saturday the military service training center at Shuwayr camp, after completing all the call-up and enlistment procedures according to the approved mechanism, which was fully implemented electronically, in line with the regulatory directions of the military service program.
The head of the Mobilization Department and the Popular Army confirmed that the conscripts' joining procedures were carried out according to an organized and studied mechanism, which included organizing the arrival process to the training center to ensure public safety and ease of procedures. He explained that these steps were part of an integrated plan set by the department, which included determining starting points for transport vehicles and distributing them in an organized manner throughout the various governorates of the kingdom, ensuring the fluidity and regularity of the enlistment process, and reflecting the level of readiness and organization in carrying out this national task.
He pointed out that the Jordanian Armed Forces operated buses designated to transport the military service conscripts from different governorates of the kingdom to the military service training center in Shuwayr, to ensure their safety and ease of movement, after completing all related administrative and technical procedures.
He added that the conscripts' joining came after completing the readiness of the military service training center, which was developed in stages that included updating the infrastructure, enhancing the readiness of the human resources, and providing the requirements for modern training, to be a distinctive model in terms of organization and discipline, and according to the standards adopted in the armed forces training institutes and centers.
He noted that the center is distinguished by its location within a military area in Shuwayr, and it contains a comprehensive surveillance system covering all its facilities, in addition to a continuous monitoring and accompanying system for the conscripts by officers and trainers around the clock.
The head of the department explained that the center is equipped with modern accommodation facilities according to the highest public safety standards, supported by heating and cooling systems, in addition to integrated service and administrative facilities, and a medical center that provides healthcare around the clock, along with modern sanitary facilities equipped with clean energy systems.
This enrollment comes as part of the military service program, which is considered a long-term strategic national project aimed at preparing Jordanian youth, building their character on the foundations of discipline, responsibility, and belonging, and enhancing the values of citizenship and national commitment.
