Khaberni - The weather maps in Arabia Weather indicate that the Kingdom will be affected on the coming Tuesday, February 3, by a second-degree (usual) low-pressure system, which is the first of this year’s winter "Khamseen days." This depression will bring back the cold winter weather to the Kingdom, with rainfall, God willing, in many areas, especially in the northern and central regions.
Warm weather precedes a second-degree (usual) low-pressure system
Prior to the impact on the Kingdom by the low-pressure system, temperatures will be several degrees Celsius higher than expected, with moderate temperatures prevailing during the afternoon and early evening. Maximum temperatures over the mountainous heights will reach about 20 degrees Celsius on Sunday and Monday, exceeding that in the lower areas. Also, winds stirring up dust will be active in the desert and eastern plains regions.

By God’s will, the Kingdom will be affected by a low-pressure system accompanied by a cold and humid air mass on Tuesday, leading to a noticeable drop in temperatures compared to the beginning of the week. The weather will generally be cold, with an increase in cloud cover expected. Rainfalls during the dawn and early morning hours in the north of the Kingdom, extending to central regions later during the day, reaching parts of the south and east of the Kingdom. The rain could be heavy at times, especially in parts of the north and central regions, and may be accompanied by thunder.
There will also be a significant increase in the speed of the western winds, which may be accompanied by strong gusts exceeding 60 km/h, especially in the eastern plains and desert areas, leading to dust storms in those regions.
