Khaberni - The past few hours saw the launch of the promotional trailer for the series «El-Metr Samir», in which the artist Karim Mahmoud Abdel Aziz competes in the Ramadan 2026 drama season, amid expectations of a work based on light social comedy.
Karim Mahmoud Abdel Aziz appears in the series in the role of a lawyer facing a series of humorous situations and comedic paradoxes, both professionally in the courts' corridors and in his daily social life.
The trailer reveals the participation of a number of stars, notably Mohamed Abdel Rahman "Tota", who portrays an apprentice lawyer, alongside Mimi Gamal, Rehab El Gamal, Sarah Abdel Rahman, and Islam Ibrahim, in an artistic blend that supports the comedic nature of the work.
"El-Metr Samir" series is written by Mamdouh Metwally, with Ahmed Abdel Wahab overseeing the scripting, and directed by Khaled Marei, who has previously presented successful works in drama and cinema.
This work comes after the remarkable success achieved by Karim Mahmoud Abdel Aziz in cinema through the film «Talqni», in which he starred opposite Dina El Sherbiny, and which received a wide audience interaction.
