Khaberni - The Israeli Channel Kan revealed last night, Friday, that the administration of U.S. President Donald Trump is interested in announcing next week the establishment of the International Stability Force in Gaza, in addition to a number of countries that have agreed to send troops there.
A source familiar with the matter told the channel that Italy, Kosovo, Albania, and Kazakhstan will participate, among other countries, in the stability force.
The force will be led by an American Army brigade commander named Jeffrey Jefferz. The process of preparing a training plan for the stability force has been completed in recent weeks, which is expected, according to an informed foreign source, to take place in Jordan.
Israel expects that within the next hundred days, during which the acceleration of aid operations and reconstruction according to the Trump administration is supposed to take place, the process of disarming Hamas will also begin.
According to the channel, the Israeli military has put together a list of Hamas's heavy weapons arsenal that it believes should be handed over as part of the disarmament process.
In addition, the military establishment in Israel is currently working on drafting decisions regarding the collection points along the yellow line that it wants to operate in the near future, concurrent with the launch of the second phase of the ceasefire and the formation of the international stability force.
