Khaberni - Social Development Minister Wafa Bani Mustafa confirmed that replacing unsafe heaters is not limited to families benefiting from national aid.
Bani Mustafa said during her talk on the "Sixty Minutes" program on Jordanian television that any Jordanian family owning an unsafe heater can register through the special platform, which the government has funded without relying on the budget of the Ministry of Development. The main condition is that the heater must be unsafe, which is verified by technical teams in the field present in 42 development directorates.
She pointed out that so far, the ministry has replaced 5,000 heaters through the centers of Tkiyet Um Ali and the registration for the replacement process is still available until next Wednesday.
