Khaberni - On the occasion of the 64th anniversary of the birth of His Majesty King Abdullah II Ibn Al Hussein, may God protect and take care of him, the Jordanian industrial chambers advance to His Majesty King Abdullah II Ibn Al Hussein the highest expressions of congratulation and blessing, expressing the sincerest feelings of pride and esteem for His Majesty’s wise guidance, which has greatly impacted the development of the Jordanian industry and achieved an unprecedented economic renaissance.
The President of the Amman and Jordan Chambers of Industry, Engineer Fathi Jaghbeer, confirmed that the Jordanian industry has witnessed remarkable development during His Majesty’s reign. Since ascending to the throne, His Majesty has been committed to building a self-reliant national economy and keeping up with the fast-paced changes in global economies. This is manifested through his continuous support for various economic activities and opening cooperation horizons with other countries through economic and trade open-door policies, enhancing the competitiveness of the Jordanian private sector and positioning it highly both regionally and internationally.
Jaghbeer added that the Jordanian industrial sector receives direct royal attention as one of the main pillars of the national economy. Thanks to His Majesty's interest, the industrial sector has become a key driver for growth, employment, and exports. This royal interest was clearly demonstrated during His Majesty’s visit to the Amman Chamber of Industry, which marked a pivotal and significant milestone for Jordanian industrialists, reflecting His Majesty’s commitment to direct communication with the industrial sector representatives and listening to their aspirations and challenges, affirming their role as active partners in the comprehensive economic development process.
Jaghbeer continued that His Majesty's consistent directives to empower the national industry and create a supportive environment have had significant positive reflections on the industrial sector, enhancing industrialists' confidence, encouraging them to expand and invest, and increasing the competitiveness of the Jordanian product in local and foreign markets.
Jaghbeer noted that King Abdullah II keenly includes Jordanian industrial delegations in his official visits to countries such as the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Republic of Vietnam, reflecting a clear royal approach in embedding the concept of economic diplomacy and opening direct channels for the Jordanian private sector to build strategic partnerships and explore promising export and investment opportunities in new markets.
He added that the participation of Jordanian industrialists in these visits has contributed to showcasing Jordanian industrial capabilities, promoting the national product, strengthening relations with senior officials and businessmen in friendly countries, directly increasing the volume of exports, attracting quality investments, and transferring expertise.
