Project for the Sustainability and Operation of the At Your Service Platform

Khaberni - The Ministry of Digital Economy and Entrepreneurship confirmed its commitment to the sustainability and operation of the government platform "At Your Service", which allows hearing the citizen's voice concerning government services and performance, in accordance with the Jordanian strategy for digital transformation and the execution plan for 2026-2028.

According to the strategy, development of the platform will continue without specifying an exact end date for the development process. The "At Your Service" platform development project is part of project number 43 in the strategy.

As per the strategy, the At Your Service platform is considered one of the mechanisms for hearing the citizen's voice by receiving complaints, inquiries, suggestions, reports, or praise about government services with the goal of finding solutions to challenges and redesigning government services to meet these expectations in accordance with the public sector reform roadmap.

The platform targets all government institutions associated with it.

In November 2018, the government announced the launch of the last two phases of the interactive At Your Service platform, during the pilot phase.

The project aims to improve the citizen's experience and enhance the quality of government services based on feedback.

It also aims to enhance accountability and transparency, contributing to an increase in efficiency, effectiveness, and productivity, in addition to enhancing citizen trust in the government.

According to the strategy, the platform development aims to unify communication channels between the citizen and governmental bodies, accelerate response to citizen needs, as well as ensure the continuity and effectiveness of service delivery and stimulate community participation in improving service quality and establishing the concept of an interactive government.

The strategy identified key performance indicators including the percentage of applications received through the platform, the actual response rate to the applications, the overall satisfaction with the effectiveness of the platform and the quality of processing, in addition to the response time to applications.

Performance indicators also include the number of government entities connected to the platform and the number of government services that have been improved based on inputs from the "At Your Service" platform.
