Khaberni - The administration of Erbil International Airport, in northern Iraq, announced on Thursday the suspension of air flights at the airport due to poor weather conditions.
Airport Director Ahmed Hoshiyar said that all domestic and international flights at Erbil International Airport, located in northern Iraq, have been suspended, noting that dense fog and reduced
visibility led to the postponement of all flights, whether incoming or outgoing, to ensure the safety of travelers and aircraft.
He indicated that the suspension of flights began this evening and will continue until the weather conditions return to normal, pointing out that the dense fog covered the skies of Erbil, leading to reduced visibility.
