Khaberni - The Internal Security Command in Damascus announced that actress Hoda Sha'rawi was found deceased inside her home this morning due to an assault with a blunt object that led to severe bleeding, and her body has been transferred to forensic medicine pending the final medical report.
In a press statement on Thursday, it was added that initial investigations suspected her maid, Vicky Ajuok, of Ugandan nationality, who left the house after the incident. Specialized units managed to arrest her this evening. The suspect confessed to the crime during the investigation, while investigations continue to uncover the motives and circumstances of the crime in preparation for referring the case to the judiciary.
