Khaberni - Egyptian actress Marwa Abdel Moneim revealed facing a financial crisis as she was shocked to find that a large sum had been withdrawn from her bank account without her knowledge, although she kept the payment card and did not receive any confirmation message or verification code related to the transaction.
Marwa Abdel Moneim explained the details of what happened, saying that she discovered she was robbed after the bank contacted her to inquire about her desire to install payments for an amount that was withdrawn from her shopping visa, which she completely denied, confirming that she did not make any withdrawal. She added that she was surprised by the bank's confirmation of the withdrawal, which prompted her to file an official complaint and stop the card immediately, noting that the matter was particularly shocking as the card had been in her possession all the time.
She continued: "I don't know how to act or understand when and how the theft happened, especially since I had the card with me and didn't receive any verification code (OTP), and the bank asked me to settle the amount, and I need to prove that I didn't make the withdrawal".
Marwa Abdel Moneim asked her followers and those experienced for help and to provide her with advice regarding the correct legal procedures that would ensure her rights are preserved and uncover the details of the incident.
