Khaberni - Gold prices in the Jordanian local market decreased in the third pricing for Thursday by 80 piasters per gram (for 21-carat) after it had risen to a historical level this morning.
According to the third pricing issued by the General Union of Owners of Jewelry Trade and Craftsmanship Shops, the selling price for a gram of 21-carat gold, the most demanded by citizens in the local market, reached 112 dinars for selling from goldsmiths’ shops, versus 107.40 dinars for buying.
The selling price for a gram of gold for 24, 18, and 14 carats from goldsmiths’ shops reached 127.80, 99.50, and 77.60 dinars respectively.
