Khaberni - The administrative body of Al-Mosul Iraqi Sports Club announced today, Wednesday, about its contracting with Jordanian coach Haitham Al-Shbool to undertake the role of technical director for the football first team in the upcoming phase.
The contract with Al-Shbool comes as part of the club management's direction to enhance the technical journey of the team and elevate its levels, based on the coaching experience that the Jordanian coach has in the Iraqi and Arab fields.
Recently, Al-Shbool supervised the training of Al-Salt Jordanian Club, and succeeded in achieving a historic feat by leading the team to win the title of the Jordanian Football Association Shield for the first time in the club’s history, before deciding to undertake a new coaching experience in the Iraqi league.
Al-Shbool is among the Jordanian coaches who previously worked in Iraqi football, where he undertook coaching tasks with several clubs, including Al-Shurta Club as an assistant coach, Al-Diwaniyah Club, and Basra Oil, which gave him extensive knowledge of the nature of football competitions in Iraq.
The administration of Al-Mosul Club expressed its confidence in Al-Shbool’s technical abilities, expressing hope that he contributes to developing the team's performance and achieving results that meet the aspirations of the club’s fans in the upcoming events.
