A number of fans of the Jordanian club Al-Ramtha set off on foot towards the Jordanian capital, Amman, to attend a match that brings their city's team together with the Jordanian club Al-Faisaly tomorrow, Thursday, as part of the peak matches of the twelfth round of the professional football league.
One of the fans posted a live broadcast on his "Facebook" account during their journey on the road to the match venue, calling on followers to pray for their success and safe arrival.
The distance the fans travel is about 79 kilometers between the two cities, and about 18 hours of walking, according to Google Maps data.
One of the participants said that the idea came out of love and genuine affiliation to the club, explaining that he was accompanied by several of his friends.
