Middle East Welcomes Commander of the Royal Police Academy to Discuss Employment of Artificial Intelligence Applications in Trai

Khaberni  - Middle East University welcomed a delegation from the Royal Police Academy, headed by the Academy Commander Brigadier General Yousef Al-Badayneh, in an effort to expand its partnerships with national institutions, especially in modern s security and policing areas.

The meeting discussed the launch and establishment of specialized training diplomas focused on utilizing artificial intelligence applications and modern digital technologies in security and police work, which would enhance the efficiency of security personnel and develop their analytical and operational skills.

During the meeting, the importance of integration between academic and security institutions was emphasized to keep pace with the rapid changes in police work, especially in the fields of data analysis, risk prediction, crisis management, cybersecurity, and intelligent decision support systems.

Discussions also explored the possibilities of leveraging the academic infrastructure and research expertise at Middle East University to develop advanced training programs that incorporate artificial intelligence into the police training system, positively reflecting on improving institutional performance and enhancing the readiness of security personnel.

The meeting was attended by the President of the University, Professor Dr. Salam Al-Mahadin, Director of the Innovation and Professional Development Center, Professor Dr. Anis Al-Mansour, and Dean of the College of Information Technology, Professor Dr. Qusai Shambour.
