Khaberni - The investigative authorities in Egypt decided to present the artist Samah Anwar to the Public Prosecution, to consider her opposition to a judicial ruling issued against her, which orders her imprisonment for three months in one case, alongside imposing a fine in another case.
In a related context, the security forces of the Ministry of Interior, in an official statement today, Tuesday, revealed the circumstances of a video clip circulating on social media, published on a personal account of the artist Samah Anwar, in which she claimed to have been detained unjustly inside a traffic unit while completing the procedures for her car's license.
Upon examination and investigation, it was found that the aforementioned artist is required for the enforcement of a final judicial ruling of imprisonment for three months in one case, in addition to another ruling imposing a fine in a different case, where necessary legal procedures were taken within the framework of legitimacy and law, without any violations occurring.
Local media had reported that the artist Samah Anwar submitted a request for appeal against the two rulings issued against her, in a legal attempt to reconsider the judicial rulings against her.
