Khaberni - Al Ahly has finalized its fifth signing in the ongoing winter transfer period.
According to Egyptian media reports, Al Ahly has reached an agreement with Petrojet to sign Hadi Riaad, the team's defender.
The reports added that the deal will cost Al Ahly an amount of 35 million Egyptian pounds.
The amount will be paid in two installments of 15 million each, with an additional 5 million as incentives in case Al Ahly wins the African Champions League.
Riaad has signed a contract with Al Ahly that will last for three and a half seasons, during which he will receive a second-tier salary at the club.
Hadi Riaad will be Al Ahly's fifth winter signing in the ongoing January transfer period.
Al Ahly has officially bolstered its squad by signing Marwan Osman from Ceramica Cleopatra, Ahmed Eid from El Masry, Amr El Gazar from National Bank of Egypt, and the Moroccan Youssef Belamri from Raja.
It is worth mentioning that Hadi Riaad (27 years old) had previously played for Sharbeen, Wadi Degla, Border Guards, and Kafr El-Sheikh clubs before moving to Petrojet.
