When the global happiness index places you in a lower rank, not because you failed in life, but because you did not convince the survey, the problem is not solely in the people, but in the philosophy that decided joy can be measured and humans can be ranked!
As everyone knows, yet the index ignores, we are a country that has lived heavy years:
Income slowly eroded politely,
Unemployment that masters patience,
Education that grays prematurely,
Healthcare that tries,
And a close war not listed as a psychological item in the charts!
Yet, we are calmly told:
You are not happy enough!
Here, it is necessary to move from defense to initiative!
From denial to innovation!
From asking "Why are we behind?"
To a more mature question:
How do we better manage this delay?!
From here on, the only logical proposal in a world that lost its reasoning:
The establishment of a ministry for happiness, welfare, and national cheer!
Even if it seems too costly for the budget,
Or constitutionally perplexing,
Or not feasible in reality
The solution is ready, tried, and beloved:
An independent happiness authority!
Not subject to any ministry, not to be abolished, nor accountable,
But it feels... and feels intensely!
This entity will not concern itself with making citizens happy - heaven forbid -
But with organizing their relationship with feeling!
By rationalizing joy!
By recycling anxiety!
And by converting everyday exhaustion into a "metric that needs monitoring"!
Its first mission:
To reinterpret Jordan's lagging ranking not as a failure, but as a refined cultural peculiarity!
For we are a people who prioritize dignity over joy,
Safety over elation,
And standing with others over solitary laughter!
And this, unfortunately, does not show well on charts!
Its second mission:
To develop an alternative national index,

As for happiness in the administrative sense,
This requires a man with special specifications!
We do not want a name that indicates the opposite of it!
We do not want a minister whose name suggests unhappiness, gloom, or bad luck!
We want him to be a historically known figure for his aversion to vacations and holidays,
With a chronic rejection of rest,
Believing that happiness is a side effect of continuous work!
And we want it to be "his gazelle"! Always serene!
Light, active, never knowing fatigue,
Running in the administrative spring,
And convincing people that the world is delightful…
Provided they do not stop!
This only guarantees regulated happiness,
Which does not overflow to disrupt the system,
