Khaberni - His Excellency Captain Zuheir Al-Khashman, Vice Chairman and CEO of the Jordanian Aviation Company, made an official visit to the headquarters of the Civil Aviation Regulatory Commission, where he met His Excellency Captain Dayfallah Al-Farajat, Chairman of the Commission's Board of Commissioners, with a delegation from the company's leadership present.
The meeting discussed aspects of joint cooperation and addressed the main challenges facing the aviation sector in general.
The importance of partnership with the Commission as the legislative and regulatory umbrella for aviation in the kingdom was underscored during the meeting, praising the role of the Commission in providing technical and regulatory support to national companies.
Both parties reviewed the operational processes of the company, which transported over 300,000 passengers last year, reflecting the growing confidence of passengers in the services of national carriers.
The meeting addressed the pivotal role played by "Jordanian Aviation" as an important tributary to the national economy, highlighting its effective contribution to creating a large number of jobs for Jordanians in various technical and administrative specializations and the company's strategy to expand its network of destinations and update its fleet in line with global developments in the air transport sector.
On his part, Captain Dayfallah Al-Farajat expressed his appreciation for the role played by the Jordanian Aviation Company as a national edifice that contributes to enhancing Jordan's position on the regional aviation map, emphasizing the Commission's commitment to smoothing difficulties for national companies to support their investments and ensure the safety and security of civil aviation.
