Khaberni - The Minister of Digital Economy and Entrepreneurship, Engineer Sami Samirat, visited Estarta company and reviewed its operations in network engineering and information technology, its role in exporting technical services, and in creating job opportunities for Jordanian youth, where the company provided 2117 job opportunities over the last six years.
During his tour around the company's offices, the Minister listened to a detailed explanation of the company's specialized operations in network engineering and information technology, the size of investments, expansions, employment plans, and capacity building, in addition to its role in delivering its technical services in multiple languages, and the spread of its branches in various countries of the Middle East and Europe.
Samirat confirmed during the visit that the government, within the framework of the economic modernization vision, is working on empowering the private sector in various fields, and relying on Jordanian companies to carry out the digital transformation process, considering them as a key partner in supporting economic growth and enhancing competitiveness.
He pointed out that the government continues to offer facilities and investment incentives that enhance the competitiveness of Jordanian companies regionally, including flexible legislations, tax exemptions, alongside advanced infrastructure and special economic zones, in addition to continuing to update systems and procedures to facilitate business practices and accelerate the completion of transactions, ensuring a stable and transparent environment that supports the growth and expansion of projects.
During the visit, the Minister recalled the efforts made by the company’s former General Manager, Dr. Moataz Al-Nabulsi - may God have mercy on him - in developing the company and supporting Jordanian talents, affirming that his imprint will remain present in its journey and achievements.
