Khaberni - As part of the Arab University of Amman's efforts to enhance communication between its students and alumni, and to connect academic education with successful professional experiences, the College of Business hosted on Sunday, January 5, 2026, the outstanding graduate Esraa Haroun Mohammed Al-Momani, in an interactive lecture aimed at conveying her professional experience and success story to the college students, with the presence of (29) students from various disciplines.
During the meeting, Al-Momani outlined her professional journey since graduating from the Master of Information Systems Management (MIS) program at the Arab University of Amman in 2022 with honors, discussing her transition from a traditional administrative position at the University of Jordan Hospital to a more specialized and distinguished career path, driven by her passion for self-development and professional ambition.
Al-Momani confirmed that joining the Arab University of Amman was a pivotal turning point in her professional life, as it provided both academic knowledge and practical applications that contributed to developing her skills and enhancing her job efficiency. She noted that the continuous support she received from the faculty members had a significant impact in boosting her self-confidence and perseverance in completing her studies despite the challenges.
She added that the leadership and technical skills she acquired during her master's journey enabled her, after graduation, to apply for a transfer to work at the Accreditation and Quality Assurance Center at the University of Jordan, which is closer to her specialty. She was later assigned to head the Web Quality Assurance division, a step that reflected her professional competence and practical distinction.
At the end of the meeting, Al-Momani delivered a series of motivational messages to the college students, emphasizing the importance of continuous investment in oneself and not settling with just a university degree. She affirmed that a graduate of the Arab University of Amman carries a "quality mark" that distinguishes them in the job market. She also encouraged the students to transform challenges into opportunities and to pursue their ambitions without limits.
For their part, the students expressed their great interaction with the success story, confirming their pride in belonging to the College of Business at the Arab University of Amman, which continues to graduate leadership figures who actively contribute to the development of national institutions and the job market.
