Umniah a Beyond company delivers the Jordanian Student Funds share of company profits

Khaberni  – Umniah, a Beyond company, announced the delivery of the Jordanian Student Fund's share of company profits, embodying the investment partnership between the two parties, and in the context of Umniah's commitment to supporting education and enhancing sustainable developmental impact in the Kingdom.

This step reflects the company’s exceptional financial performance and its ability to achieve sustainable profits that directly benefit the local community, where the returns enable the fund to expand its support for needy students, embodying an effective model for leveraging commercial success in serving developmental and educational goals.

In this context, the CEO of Umniah, Faisal Al-Jalahma, said: "The distribution of profits reflects the depth of the strategic partnership between the company and the Jordanian Student Fund as one of the main shareholders, and translates the company's financial success into a tangible community impact that contributes to supporting the educational journey and providing the necessary resources for students to complete their education, in line with national visions to enhance justice and equality of opportunities in education."

Al-Jalahma reaffirmed that Umniah continues its efforts in enabling the digital transformation of the education sector through effective partnership with the Ministry of Education, which has resulted in providing about 3,500 schools with high-efficiency internet services, thereby providing a modern educational environment that supports students, especially secondary school students, to meet the requirements of the digital age and its challenges.

Moreover, the Minister of Education and Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, Dr. Azmi Mahafzah, during the delivery of the Jordanian Student Fund's share of the profits, expressed his pride in the depth of the cooperation and partnership between the two parties, especially in relation to the educational process.

He highlighted the many programs implemented by both parties, especially those that contribute to employing modern technology in enhancing the efficiency of the educational process, and supporting the Ministry's efforts in developing education in alignment with the goals and outcomes of the national strategy for education development adopted and implemented by the government and the ministry.

Dr. Mahafzah expressed his gratitude to Umniah for allocating financial amounts to support our children’s education, hoping for the continuation of robust cooperation and partnership relations in the future.

It is worth noting that Umniah places education support at the top of its priorities within its social responsibility strategy, believing that investing in people is the optimal investment for creating a more advanced and prosperous future for Jordan.
