Khaberni - The Ministry of Water and Irrigation / Water Authority announced the seizure of an illegal drilling rig in Al-Mafraq / Al-Manara based on information provided to the Internal Control Directorate in coordination with the Directorate of Public Security / Preventive Security at Al-Manara Center, the Directorate of Water Basins and Drilling, and the Central Workshops Directorate for digging an illegal well. The specialized technical teams and security forces at the Directorate of Public Security / Security Center in the Badia Al-Manara and the Preventive Security personnel managed to seize the drilling rig, fill the illegal well, and impound the drilling rig, keeping it at the Central Workshops Directorate. Investigations are ongoing to complete the investigation and refer the matter to the judicial authorities.
In the area of Al-Muwaqqar, and in coordination with the Miyahuna Company and the security forces at the Directorate of Central Badia Police, 3 infringements, each 2 inches in diameter, were seized on the Al-Muwaqqar transfer line, 300 mm in diameter, for filling illegal tanks. The violations were removed, reports prepared, and work is ongoing to complete the investigation.
