Khaberni - The Jordan Football Association officially decided to appoint the former international star and national coach Ahmed Hayel Rashidat as the technical director for the national youth team, aiming to enhance tactical thinking and develop emerging talents within the federation's plans to elevate the national teams.
The reliance on "Ahmed Hayel" is due to his remarkable coaching record and strong leadership personality capable of dealing with different age groups.
Hayel, who made a significant mark as a top scorer for "Al-Nashama", Al-Faisaly, and Al-Arabi Kuwaiti clubs, has proved his worth in the coaching world after leading the Olympic team previously to notable achievements, in addition to his successful experiences with local clubs, most notably leading Al-Hussein Irbid to win the historic league title in the previous season.
Hayel faces important tasks with the youth team, where he will be required to prepare a generation capable of competing in the Asian finals, and to replenish the senior team with new blood. Observers believe that choosing Hayel at this time is a "masterstroke" by the Jordan Football Association, for his high ability to instill fighting spirit and tactical discipline in young players, traits that distinguished his career as a player and coach.
Upon the announcement of the news, social media was abuzz with messages of support and encouragement for the new coach, where the Jordanian fans wished "Abu Hayel" success in his new national mission, affirming that placing the union's trust in the competent national coach is the correct path to sustain the achievements recently made by Jordanian football at the continental and Arab levels.
