Khaberni - MP Noor Abu Ghoush mourned the lawyer who fell victim to her drug-using brother on Saturday evening.
During an intervention in the legislative session today, Monday, Abu Ghoush stated that significant efforts are being made by the Anti-Drug Administration and judicial authorities, indicating that the file needs a comprehensive system that includes educational, preventive, and awareness components.
She called for an order from the Minister of Health to give priority to the rehabilitation of addicts along with enhancing the deterrent role, and another order from the Minister of the Interior to support the judicial role with active follow-up from the administrative rulers, emphasizing a strict no-acceptance policy regarding mediations specifically in drug-related cases.
