Khaberni - Egyptian football fields witnessed a new death incident in the fourth division league.
Al-Masry Al-Youm newspaper said: "Luay Ali, a player from El-Bakary Youth Center, died affected by a severe injury sustained in the Martyrs' League".
It added: "The incident occurred in a match between El-Bakary and Sheikh Zayed during the 16th round of the second group, after the player was subjected to a violent intervention by the goalkeeper of Sheikh Zayed during the match".
It continued: "The intervention resulted in a perforation in the stomach and severe internal injury, and Luay Ali was urgently transported to the hospital and underwent precision surgery".
It concluded: "Despite the medical intervention, the player died in the intensive care unit".
It further stated: "El-Bakary Youth Center officially announced the death, mourning their player on their Facebook page".
