Khaberni – Star of the national Olympic team, Ali Al-Azayzeh, has turned down a significant professional offer from the UAE, due to its conditions including obtaining Emirati citizenship and representing the UAE national team in the future.
Sources reported that Al-Azayzeh has outright rejected the offer, preferring to continue representing the Jordanian team.
Sources pointed out that the photo Al-Azayzeh posted on his Instagram account using the “story” feature, which he accompanied with the Jordanian flag and captioned “Forever,” came after the aforementioned offer, confirming his commitment to continue playing under the banner of the Nashama.
According to sources, Al-Azayzeh has previously declined a similar offer for naturalization and representation of the Bahraini team.
In related news, information indicates that Ali Al-Azayzeh is close to signing with one of the Saudi league clubs in the coming hours, coming from Kazma Club in Kuwait.
