Khaberni - The Economic and Social Institution for Retired Military Personnel and Veterans has announced the opening of modifications for employment applications (rejected only) associated with vacancies for His Majesty's Royal Grant for children of retirees from the armed forces and security apparatus, for appointment through the Civil Service and Public Administration Authority, which were previously submitted via the official website of the institution.
The institution stated that the modification will be available on Tuesday, 27/1/2026, for (24) hours only, during which applicants whose applications were rejected may enter through the link and resubmit their employment applications, noting that no new applications will be accepted.
The institution emphasized the necessity of full compliance with submission instructions, and the accurate completion of all required data and documents.
The institution also confirmed that it will not consider any application that does not meet the requirements or lacks complete data or documents, and it is required, when resubmitting, to enter all information correctly.
Required documents (to be uploaded electronically via the website):
1- A copy of the personal ID from both sides.
2- A copy of the academic degree certificate (Bachelor's or comprehensive diploma successful).
3- A copy of the original military retirement decision - (only the first page) which must clearly include:
1- The retirement decision number.
2- The date of enlistment and the date of retirement.
3- A copy of the equivalency certificate issued by the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research must be attached if the academic qualification is obtained from universities outside the kingdom.
The institution stressed the necessity of exclusively entering the retirement decision number and not the military number, as any application violating this will be rejected.
